  1. We are getting these delicious locally-caught fish through the new Community Supported Fishery out of Scituate. ( Your challenge in sourcing these fish is exactly the problem with our fishing industry. Not being able to buy locally-caught, abundant in our waters, fish like skate and whiting at a local market is shameful. Hopefully Plymouth will become a second distribution point for the CSF in the future.

  2. I’d love to try this, but where can I find skate? I know I can get it at the New Bedford Fishermans’ Market, but maybe there is someplace in or nearer to Plymouth? (And whiting too, from a different article?)
