Hearth Artisan Bread
Be careful at this Plymouth bakery, open 9-6 every day, you’ll see the temptation is absurd! STOLLEN and PANETTONE beautifully wrapped; Ambrosia cookies and Toffee biscotti; Rustic Rosemary, Bakers Harvest, Sourdough, Four Cheese, Six Braid Challah, Raisin Pumpernickel Rye and more bread, sliced to order- all from a wood fired hearth oven. For those on your list who “Think independent, drink independent”. Each IndieFerm beer is brewed in Plymouth with the season using yeasts based on the temperature of the unheated brewing barn. Alt yeast in the winter, abbey ales in the spring and fall, saisons in the summer – every beer a seasonal specialty. Expect a mix of malt-forward, hop-forward, and yeast-forward styles.
